I’ve been thinking lately about how difficult the holidays must be for many people – those who are battling diseases, such as cancer; those who recently (or not-so-recently) lost a loved one to death; those who are divorced and miss their kids; those who are lonely or depressed; those who have miscarried a baby.

There are a melange of reasons why we might really struggle to find the beauty, gift, meaning, and peace in the Christmas message, so I thought it was time for me to put into words – the spoken word this time – what some of my thoughts were on this subject, based on a few things I recently heard and read that struck me as a hopeful and encouraging message for those who are afflicted with grief in the heart.

Please enjoy this podcast.  It was created with love, but it was my first attempt at putting the music and editing the message together.  I assure you it won’t be the last.

Christmas peace and blessings to you!
